Return Eligibility Criteria
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure the following criteria are met:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The item must be in its original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached.
Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 5 days of the purchase date.
Personalized or customized items, final sale items, and certain health and personal care items may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order number, is required for all returns or exchanges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Returns Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Contact our customer service team at mediacontact@joenimar.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Once you receive the RMA number, securely pack your item(s) in the original packaging along with the proof of purchase.
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Ship the package using a traceable and insured method to ensure its safe return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Refund Process
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund or exchange request. Please allow 15 days for us to process your return once it is received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used during the purchase.
Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Exchange Process
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, follow the same process as a return and specify the details of the exchange when contacting our customer service team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will work to resolve the issue promptly by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
